Well within our community
Since it was founded in 1992, the Annapolis West Health Foundation has worked to enhance health and wellness services in Nova Scotia’s Annapolis West region. From promoting active living to enriching end of life care, we make a difference.
Over the last three years the AWHF has contributed close to $750,000. This has gone directly towards sustainable funding that supports and enhances the work of the Annapolis Community Health Centre, and the Valley Regional Hospital. With your support we can continue and expand our work.
