LEADERSHIP

The Annapolis West Health Foundation (AWHF) functions as the trustee of funds donated or bequeathed to the Annapolis Community Health Centre. We are a not-for-profit charitable organization charged with ensuring sustainable funding to enhance quality health and wellness within our community.

The AWHF is governed by a Board of Directors, all who live in our community. Members of the Foundation contribute to our shared goals by planning, overseeing and supporting fundraising efforts and health and wellness programs in our community.
